Windows 7/8/8.1 have Windows Explorer for file management. In Windows 10, this was renamed to File Explorer. The Windows/File Explorer lets you view all of the files and folders that are on your computer.
You can view, copy, change permissions, and launch files from the Windows/File Explorer. The Windows/File Explorer also provides you with easy access to network resources to browse, view, and edit files.
