Virtual application streaming is like on demand application. You don’t need to do a local installation of the application. Instead you start the application and the application is streamed down to you as you use it. The components are downloaded as needed. For example, you may have an icon on your desktop. When you click on the icon, only the components you’re using inside of that app will be downloaded and run on your local machine. Once you’re done with the application, all of your data is stored in the cloud so that the next time you start the application, all of your data will be available regardless of where you’re using the application from.
Virtual application streaming is easy to update since the application is in one place. Some data may be cached and only the components that needs updates will be changed.
