Bluetooth provides high speed communication in a short range personal area network (PAN). Bluetooth is commonly used to connect many devices to our mobile devices such keyboards, headsets, smart watches, and speakers. Bluetooth provides for lower battery consumption than Wi-Fi. However, Bluetooth provides lower maximum speed than WiFi. Bluetooth speeds range from 1-3 Mbps.
