Older versions of Windows used NetBIOS within a UDP or TCP packet.
NetBIOS is used to interconnect Microsoft Windows machines.
UDP Port 137 is NetBIOS name services (nbname) – This is so you can find the device on the network by its name
UDP Port 138 is NetBIOS Datagram service (nbdatagram)
TCP Port 139 is NetBIOS session service (nbsession)- This is the TCP version of nbdatagram.
