Windows Memory Diagnostics lets you know if your computer memory is working.
Memory Diagnostics is found under the Control Panel under Administrative Tools.
Memory Diagnostics can be launched inside of windows to be run when the system is restarted. This runs multiple passes of checks through each of the memory modules to find a bad chip or module. Once the system reboots and performs the scans, you’ll then need to check the Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System > Search for memory to view the results.
