The diskpart command helps you to manage disk configurations/partitions on your storage drive. You can create a volume, partition, or virtual disk, format a volume/partition, list objects on the drive, etc.
You first enter diskpart in the command line and press enter. Then you type in the diskpart commands you want to execute for example, type inlist volume to display a list of volumes.
To exit out of diskpart simply type in the command: exit
